Background

During his senior amateur career where he fought as a Cruiserweight (Light Heavyweight in amateur boxing), Brandon Glanton performed admirably – by reaching the latter stages of various tournaments – but didn’t win major competitions of note. He reached the quarter-final of the Golden Gloves on at least two occassions but failed to make it past that round.

Glanton also competed in the World Series of Boxing, notably losing to future Heavyweight contender Filip Hrgović

Accomplishments

Brandon Glanton debuted in 2017 in the Cruiserweight division with a TKO victory. Over the course of his career, he has stayed undefeated and accrued a KO rate of 82%. He won his first title (WBO Global) in 2022 by knocking out Mario Aguilar in the 2nd round.

Boxing Style

Having not faced true top opposition in the professional ranks of boxing as of yet, Glanton has so far shown to have knockout power and the determination and both mental and physical resilience to grind out a win, regardless of the determination of his opponent.
